Pinning a conversation on Snapchat lets you see it at the very top of your Chat screen. If you want to unpin a conversation, you can easily do so in a few simple taps on your iPhone or Android. Snapchat users will not be notified when they are pinned and unpinned, so you can do this as many times as you like. This wikiHow will show you how to unpin your conversation with someone on Snapchat using your iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

  • Snapchat users won't be notified when they are pinned or unpinned.
  • To pin a conversation, tap Chat, then tap and hold a friend's name. Tap Chat Settings, then Pin Conversation.
  • To unpin a conversation, tap Chat, then tap and hold a friend's name. Tap Chat Settings, then Unpin Conversation.

  5. The red push pin will be removed, and the conversation with the user will be unpinned.
    • If the conversation is the most recent, it will still appear at the top.
    • To pin someone again, follow the previous steps and tap Pin Conversation.
    • Keeping friends pinned is a great way to increase your Snapchat score as this allows you quick access to Snaps.
